List of visaapplication materials

1. GeneralAdvanced students

(1)  photocopy of the applicant’s passport photo page;

(2)  digital photos;

(3)  the latest academic certificate and transcript;

(4)  foreigner physical examination form;

(5)  remittance receipt of entry fee;

(6)  international students in China must providea copy of the visa page and entry stamp page;

(7)  students who have studied in other universities in Chinashould provide a letter

     of recommendation and transfercertificate from the original school

(8)  fill out the application form.

2. Academicstudents

 (1)undergraduate

a. photocopy ofthe applicant’s passport photo page;

b. digitalphotos;

c. high schooldiploma and transcript;

d. foreignerphysical examination form;

e. remittancereceipt of entry fee;

f. international students in China must provide a copyof the visa page and entry stamp page;

g. students whohave studied in other universities in China should provide a letter

 of recommendation and transfer certificate fromthe original school, and transcript

h. fillout the application form.

 (2)postgraduate
